LONDON MOULD & MOISTURE ENQUIRIES

Areas We Cover in London

Find an area guide, then call with your postcode and the problem you have noticed. We will discuss appointment availability, the property and any access needed for a useful mould inspection.

Choose the guide that helps describe your home

The directory groups areas for browsing; it is not a postcode eligibility checker or a list of local branches. Several neighbourhoods cross borough boundaries, and the name used for a property does not always match a postal district. If your area is absent or you are unsure which guide applies, call with the complete postcode.

You can also start with the concern itself: marks around a window, persistent condensation, a suspected hidden leak or an inspection to understand recurring growth. Treatment and investigation are different decisions; describe what is happening before selecting the next job.

North London

Use the address and floor level when describing a north London enquiry. A mark in an upper flat, a bedroom corner and a lower-ground room lead to different access questions. The guides below help you explain the concern before booking.

South London

For an enquiry south of the river, describe the actual rooms rather than only saying that the property is damp. Include earlier repairs and whether the visible pattern changes after cooking, bathing or rainfall. Choose an area guide for a more focused discussion.

East London

If the affected home is in an apartment building, mention any managing agent and restrictions on communal or neighbouring access. For a house, the roof, rear additions and affected wall position may be useful starting details. These are property questions, not assumptions about every home in east London.

West London

A changed kitchen, a replacement window or an old repair can be relevant to a west London enquiry. Tell us what changed and when. The area pages approach different moisture questions; their examples do not establish the construction or cause at your address.

Central London

Give the full address, floor and any building-entry arrangements for a central London appointment. A reported stain may require permission to examine shared parts or concealed finishes. We discuss what access is available and what the proposed inspection is intended to answer.

What to have ready when you call

Tell us the postcode, whether the affected space is a house or flat, the room and floor level, and when the marks first appeared. Dated photographs and a short description of earlier work can help frame the enquiry. Explain who can provide access if the source may be beyond the occupied rooms.

Appointment scope and availability need discussion. An indoor assessment does not automatically include opening finishes, high-level exterior access, plumbing repairs or investigation of another flat. If the accessible evidence leaves a question unresolved, the next step should explain what additional arrangement would help.

Start with your postcode and the room.

We will talk through the mould or moisture concern and the information needed to arrange an appropriate visit.
