SPEAK ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY

Contact Us

Tell us where the mould appears and what you have noticed. You do not need to know the cause before calling; a clear account helps us discuss the right service and appointment.

Telephone and contact details

Call 020 4600 5416. Published contact hours are Monday–Saturday. If you prefer to send a relevant enquiry by email, use office@mouldinspectionlondon.co.uk.

The published business contact address is 46 Kingsway Place, Sans Walk, Clerkenwell, London EC1R 0LU. The company’s registered office is a separate address shown in the website terms. Call before making plans to visit; a website address does not confirm a walk-in appointment.

Before you call

Have the postcode and property type in mind, together with the affected rooms and the exact wall, ceiling, frame or fitting. Say how long the concern has been present and whether it returns after cleaning. A wide photograph may help you describe the position, even if the first enquiry is by telephone.

Tell us about an active or recent leak, previous treatment and marks which change after rainfall. Describe what you have observed rather than trying to diagnose the building. If someone else has already attended, keep the details of what they checked or repaired.

Access and the person arranging the work

Explain whether you are the homeowner, tenant, landlord, agent or property manager, and who can authorise the proposed service. Let us know if a keyholder will attend or shared rooms, service cupboards or another property may be relevant.

Inspection and treatment have different purposes. Our inspection page describes the accessible enquiry; mould removal explains surface work; Prices distinguishes the factors behind the scope. We discuss what needs arranging before you agree an appointment.

Find the relevant local guide

Use Areas We Cover to browse the London guides by region. If you are unsure whether your postcode is covered, call 020 4600 5416 and ask. A listed area does not guarantee a particular appointment time or provide a diagnosis for your home.

For a rental enquiry, the tenant guide and landlord service explain preparation from each side. If an active water escape needs urgent repair, make the appropriate repair arrangements rather than waiting for a mould treatment appointment.

Enquiry information

Share only details relevant to the property concern. Avoid sending private documents or photographs of people and unrelated belongings where possible. If you contact us about another person’s home, explain your role and the access arrangements.

Our privacy notice explains enquiry information and how to raise a data question. This website does not provide an online booking or payment form; the service and applicable arrangements are confirmed separately.

Questions before you contact us

Do I need to know the cause before calling?

No. Give the location, timing and any previous work you know about. We can discuss the appropriate starting point without requiring you to identify a concealed source.

Can an agent arrange entry?

Tell us who is instructing the service and who holds the keys. The occupier’s observations should reach the appointment even if a different person provides access.

What if I am unsure about coverage?

Call with your postcode. The coverage hub is a useful guide, while actual availability and the appointment requirements are discussed for your enquiry.

Ready to discuss the affected room?

Call 020 4600 5416. Have the postcode, property type and the position of the mould ready so we can discuss a useful next step.
